Annmarie Fairweather is an experienced Human Resources Leader with over 30 years of knowledge. She worked with top executives in various industries to help improve business performance, specifically during rapid growth. Her work as a partner to translate human and business strategies into strategic goals for organizations and plans has included planning for organizational and performance, employee engagement and changes management. She is a lover of learning, and believes that management and team building as her most valuable asset. Her extensive experience in small and mid-size companies and Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders with demonstrated success and results has created corporate cultures that embrace changes and learning to positively impact individuals groups and companies. Annmarie is a dedicated volunteer in the field of Learning Ally, but she is also involved with several other non profit organizations. This includes being part of within the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee that is committed to helping women become leaders.
