Asia Argento and Ashton Whitty

Ashton Blaise Whitty is an American actress, born in Berkeley on the 1st of October 1995. She is best known as an actor who has appeared on screen in Choices (2011), The Heart and Other Small Shapes (2004), and Chrissie Mair's Content House.

Asia Argento is an Italian actress and film director who came from the largest family with both. She's pursued the two careers for herself. In 1985 she debuted in the film of Sergio Citti, Sogni e bisogni. The film featured her in a lead role as Cristina Comencini in her first film Zoo which was released in 1989. Michele Soavi directed The Church 1989. Later in the year, she was Nanni Moretti's daughter Red Wood Pigeon (1989) (also directed by Moretti). It was in Close Friends (1992), written and directed by Michele Placido, that Asia's career took off. she had the opportunity to transition from portraying very young girls to more complex, mature characters. Cannes International Film Festival received the film with great awe. The film, Trauma (1993), she worked for the first time with her father, well-known Italian horror director Dario Argento (her mother is one of Argento's favorite actresses, Daria Nicolodi, playing an obese girl on the lookout of her parents' murderer. The Phantom of the Opera is her third movie she's made together alongside her father, the other two being Trauma and The Stendhal SyndromeAsia's intense, dramatic style was well-used in Giuseppe Piccioni's Condannato A Nozze. In 1993, she co-starred in Carlo Verdone's Perdiamoci di Via where she portrayed Arianna who was a disabled girl--an intricate, difficult role that won she an award from David di Donatello for best actress . Patrice Chereau directed Queen Margot. The actress had an international role. In 1995, she acted alongside Michel Piccoli in Peter Del Monte's Traveling Companion , which again won her a David di Donatello as well as an award called a Grolla oro. Asia took up directing as profession in 1994. Her first short film was Prospettive. The film she made about her dad and then Abel/Asia (1998), a film that was awarded a prize during the Rome Film Festival in 1998. They were the two films she produced between 1996 and 1998. Asia began her directorial debut as a feature film in 1999 with Scarlet Diva (2000). It was also her main performer, as well as the creator of the script. In May 2000, the film premiered in Italy and around the globe. This film was awarded during the Williamsburg Festival of Brooklyn, New York. Anna Lou, her first child was born to her in the year 2001. She directed a number of music videos. In 2002, she was involved in The Red Siren directed by Olivier Megaton and starred alongside Jean-Marc Barr. Rob Cohen also directed the action film with Vin Diesel.
